Our establishment reserves the right to refuse access to guests whose indecent, noisy or unruly behavior is contrary to common morality and public order.
It is strictly forbidden to introduce, consume and distribute any alcohol, food or drugs within the establishment or we will have to proceed to an immediate expulsion without any refund whatsoever.
Guarantee of the best rate for direct bookings
You have the best rates available at the time of your booking, including our promotional offers.
We guarantee you that the rates we provide directly are always the lowest on the market. This warranty applies to rates and offers valid at the time of reservation. It doesn’t apply to
rates or offers which are not valid before that date or occur after the reservation date.
Our rates “TTC” include the following taxes: 2.10% VAT for accommodation, 10% VAT for food and beverages and 20% VAT for other services. They do not include the local tax of
1.20€ per day and per person, applicable from April 1st to October 31st.
Deposit – Bank guarantee
For a stay of three days or more, a pre-authorization will be taken on the credit card transmitted at the time of booking. The cancellation period without any penalty or charge is J-6 before the date of arrival. Afterwards it will be 100% of the total amount of the stay.
A deposit is obligatory in order to guarantee any reservation. The amount of the deposit is 50% of the total price of the stay, payable by credit card or by check. The deposit will be deduced from the final amount of the invoice at the time of departure.
According to article 1590 of the Civil code, the deposit paid is not refundable, namely in case of cancellation outside the free of charge cancellation period or in case of no show.
For reservations from one to two nights, a bank guarantee will be requested by means of an imprint of a valid credit card.
Confirmation of reservation
A reservation can be considered as confirmed and guaranteed only once the deposit cashed by the hotel (general case above) or the acceptance of a partial or total pre-authorization.
Modification, cancellation and early departure
Those booking changes are possible but are subject to availability. The following prerequisite condition must be fulfilled: the amount of the bill corresponding to the reservation to be modified must be at least equal to or higher than that of the original booking. Cancellation of a reservation for which a deposit has been paid (general case below) or a pre-authorization issued: cancellation fees are equal to the amount of the deposit.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival: although we make every effort to make your room available as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee its availability before 15:00. If needed, please consider an early check-in (according to availability, pricing on request). According to the law, access to the room is subject to the presentation of a valid ID and credit card.
Check-out: rooms must be vacated no later than 11 am on the day of departure. If you want to quit later, please ask for a late check-out (depending on availability, pricing on request). Otherwise, Hotel Palazzu reserves the right to charge an extra night.
Capacity and room occupancy
Accommodation rates are indicated per day and per room, for double or single occupancy.
The rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 people for our classic category rooms. All our other rooms have a maximum capacity of 3 adults (11 years old and over), or 2 adults and 1 child (cot up to 2 years old included) or 2 adults and 1 child (4 to 10 years old included).
Cots and extra beds available in the rooms and in the junior suite are subject to a supplement, as specified in our price list or announced at the time of booking.
We remind you that the ban on smoking has been in effect in all public places since January 2, 2008. It is also ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE IN THE ROOMS except the rooms with a balcony or private terrace, allowing you to be outdoors. Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in a penalty of one additional night to restore the room.
Pets are allowed on request only, if they weigh less than 5 kg. Their presence in the room is subject to supplement, as specified in our price list: 40, – € / day including basket, bowl for your companion with small bottle of mineral water reception, litter for your cat.
Degradation and missing objects
We ask you to respect the places as well as the decoration of your rooms. Damage and missing items resulting from an intentional action or gross negligence on the part of a customer may be subject to invoicing, accompanied by detailed justifications without notice.
To respect the rest of each guest of the hotel, be careful not to slam the doors or make noise in the corridors and your rooms especially between 22h and 8h in the morning. Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of an adult or child, may cause the hotel to invite the client to leave the establishment without the need to make acoustic measurements when the noise generated is of a nature to pay attention to the tranquility of the clientele. A hotel room is a place of rest. All trade is strictly forbidden.
